SIZING:
Our stirrers are made from 1/8" acrylic. Short stirrers are 5.5" and tall ones are up to 7.5" depending on the last name. For more detail measures please refer to the second photo on the listing.

MIXING:
You can mix sizing and colors (up to 2 different colors per order)

PERSONALIZATION:
Please write the last name exactly as you want it on the stirrers. Ex: "THE SMITHS" (make sure you include any plural form if it applies). Any other saying for the stirrers have to be approved prior to purchase. All wording will be done in uppercase letters.

CLEANING ACRYLIC:
The acrylic we use is BPA free and is food safe. To wash use mild soap and water and dry immediately with a soft cloth prior to use.

IMPORTANT: While we'll do our utmost to meet your expectations, we cannot guarantee that every request can be fully fulfilled, particularly with tight timelines. In such cases, we kindly request your understanding and flexibility, as we will not be able to provide compensation if every request is not met. Once an order is placed we process it immediately, so cancellations are not allowed.

Frequently Asked Questions

I haven´t received my order yet, what should I do?

Delivery times depends on the type of shipping you paid. We do our best to ship your orders within a short time, so the rest is in the post office hands. If you have not received your order within 3-4 weeks please contact us. Lost packages or packages arriving late won´t be refunded (depending on the item we offer a free replacement, not all apply).

Production Time

Our production time takes varies for each item. Please see the product description to get a better idea. We can rush orders for a fee, just send us a message to check our schedule.

If you need the order for an event, please send us the date required by and your location (city, country and zipcode) before placing the order, and we will let you know if you´ll get the order on time.

All items are handmade to order. Please allow 3 - 10 business days for me to design, assemble, and package your item(s) before it is ready to be shipped.

Return and Exchanges

All items are made to order, which means that each item is custom made just for you! Unfortunately, we cannot accept returns or provide refunds on custom, made to order items.

Please carefully read all listing descriptions, as well as send me a message if you have any additional questions BEFORE placing an order.

Refunds will also not be issued if your order does not arrive in time for your event date. If your event is coming up soon, please contact me BEFORE placing an order to see if delivery is possible by your event date or a shipping upgrade is needed.

Cancellations

Once you submit your order, I we will NOT cancel your order for any reason; no exceptions. Please make sure that you have read our cancellation policy BEFORE submitting your order. And feel free to message us ahead of time with any questions that you may have :)

Lost and Damaged Packages

It is rare, but it can happen that a package is lost in transit by the mail delivery system, which is unfortunately beyond our control. We cannot be held responsible for lost or stolen packages.

If you receive an item that has been damaged while in transit, please contact me within 24-hours, as well as send me a photo of the item and packaging so that we can work together to come to a solution on a case-to-case basis. I strive to provide excellent customer service and I always want to make sure that you are completely happy and satisfied with your purchase.

We can help you to get a replacement as soon as a claim has been put through on the carriers website first so they can cover the replacement expense

Exactly as described - can’t wait to use at our upcoming wedding!

I ordered these drink stirrers for my wedding. Ended up getting someone else’s last name mixed in my order. I had to individually go through every stirrer and pick out the ones with the wrong last name.

My wedding is coming up soon, so I messaged the seller to make sure they would come on time. They worked with me to align on the right size and to make sure it came in on time. The product is great! We love it!!

This is the second order I have made. Love the quality and the colour options!
