* 12x16" Vertical version comes with notes on the bottom, if you need the menu section as well please request it on the notes to seller box at checkout.
* Vertical version is stated on the options, the rest are horizontal. 12x12 doesn´t include notes.
*To clean your board use soapy water and a soft cloth, never use harsh cleaning products that could contain alcohol or abrasive chemicals.

This acrylic board has magnets on each corner. It will attach to METAL surfaces only. Stainless steel fridges can or can´t be magnetic, this depends on its composition and if they have a metal plaque behind the stainless steel. Make sure magnets you have at hand attract strongly to the surface before buying this, if you notice they barely stick, it doesn´t matter how powerful our magnets are, the board won't stick firmly.

We do not recommend this product for curved fridges, front panels with special coatings (this can reduce the attraction of the magnets to the surface) or fridges with plastic covers that look like stainless steel (this are not metal or magnetic, please do not buy.
Be aware that some fridges have a matte finish, semi-matte or mirror finish, and this will affect how your calendar looks.

Due to the nature of the product we do not provide refunds if you happen to have a non metal/magnetic surface, if it cast a shadow because of your fridge finish or if you just don't like it. I haven´t received my order yet, what should I do?

Delivery times depends on the type of shipping you paid. We do our best to ship your orders within a short time, so the rest is in the post office hands. If you have not received your order within 3-4 weeks please contact us. Lost packages or packages arriving late won´t be refunded (depending on the item we offer a free replacement, not all apply).

Production Time

Our production time takes varies for each item. Please see the product description to get a better idea. We can rush orders for a fee, just send us a message to check our schedule.

If you need the order for an event, please send us the date required by and your location (city, country and zipcode) before placing the order, and we will let you know if you´ll get the order on time.

All items are handmade to order. Please allow 3 - 10 business days for me to design, assemble, and package your item(s) before it is ready to be shipped.

Return and Exchanges

All items are made to order, which means that each item is custom made just for you! Unfortunately, we cannot accept returns or provide refunds on custom, made to order items.

Please carefully read all listing descriptions, as well as send me a message if you have any additional questions BEFORE placing an order.

Refunds will also not be issued if your order does not arrive in time for your event date. If your event is coming up soon, please contact me BEFORE placing an order to see if delivery is possible by your event date or a shipping upgrade is needed.

Cancellations

Once you submit your order, I we will NOT cancel your order for any reason; no exceptions. Please make sure that you have read our cancellation policy BEFORE submitting your order. And feel free to message us ahead of time with any questions that you may have :)

Lost and Damaged Packages

It is rare, but it can happen that a package is lost in transit by the mail delivery system, which is unfortunately beyond our control. We cannot be held responsible for lost or stolen packages.

If you receive an item that has been damaged while in transit, please contact me within 24-hours, as well as send me a photo of the item and packaging so that we can work together to come to a solution on a case-to-case basis. I strive to provide excellent customer service and I always want to make sure that you are completely happy and satisfied with your purchase.

Replacements

We can help you to get a replacement as soon as a claim has been put through on the carriers website first so they can cover the replacement expense
