This personalized wallet card is the perfect gift for the person you love. We can engrave a special message that they can take with them wherever they go.

PRODUCT DETAILS:
It is the size of a credit card and made of micro-surfaced impact acrylic with aluminum finish (This is not the thin delicate metal card, so this will last longer). This is a light-weighted material that has a special anti-scratching coating suitable for everyday using, water and heat resistant. It never rusts and the engraving will never fade since we use a laser to carve the surface of the material. For the one sided card the back will be textured black with front aluminum finish, and the double sided card will have aluminum finish on both sides ((((UPDATE NOV 15th: 2 sided cards not available at this time))). Thickness: 1mm for single sided cards.


CUSTOMIZATION:
Leave all desired personalization in the note to seller box at checkout or by private message, please include your name in case you want it engraved at the end of the card. We recommend you to check your spelling twice since we will engrave your card exactly as you send it. Wallet cards with pre-defined messages can only be engraved with the name and date (if you want more than this customized please get the full custom option), only the"My custom message" can have a full custom message.

The text in your message will be distributed evenly between the margins, the name will be aligned to the right and the date to the left. If we notice that the message is a poem or lyrics, we will center the text. If you need it to be done in other way please advice us in the notes to seller box.

I haven´t received my order yet, what should I do?

Delivery times depends on the type of shipping you paid. We do our best to ship your orders within a short time, so the rest is in the post office hands. If you have not received your order within 3-4 weeks please contact us. Lost packages or packages arriving late won´t be refunded (depending on the item we offer a free replacement, not all apply).

Production Time

Our production time takes varies for each item. Please see the product description to get a better idea. We can rush orders for a fee, just send us a message to check our schedule.

If you need the order for an event, please send us the date required by and your location (city, country and zipcode) before placing the order, and we will let you know if you´ll get the order on time.

All items are handmade to order. Please allow 3 - 10 business days for me to design, assemble, and package your item(s) before it is ready to be shipped.

Return and Exchanges

All items are made to order, which means that each item is custom made just for you! Unfortunately, we cannot accept returns or provide refunds on custom, made to order items.

Refunds will also not be issued if your order does not arrive in time for your event date. If your event is coming up soon, please contact me BEFORE placing an order to see if delivery is possible by your event date or a shipping upgrade is needed.

Lost and Damaged Packages

It is rare, but it can happen that a package is lost in transit by the mail delivery system, which is unfortunately beyond our control. We cannot be held responsible for lost or stolen packages.

If you receive an item that has been damaged while in transit, please contact me within 24-hours, as well as send me a photo of the item and packaging so that we can work together to come to a solution on a case-to-case basis. I strive to provide excellent customer service and I always want to make sure that you are completely happy and satisfied with your purchase.

We can help you to get a replacement as soon as a claim has been put through on the carriers website first so they can cover the replacement expense

Only giving 4 stars because I truly thought the card was metal. But it was still beautiful. Although my purchase had a different date on it than we discussed, the shop offered to send a corrected card out when they were back in town. Because I needed it by a certain time, I opted to order somewhere else. But I would definitely recommend them. They issued a refund as soon as I asked for one. Customer service was prompt.
